About MAXimum Home Support Services Inc.

Since its inception in 1992, MAXimum Home Support Services Inc. has grown from a mere twelve workers to employing 160 workers today. In the intervening years since 1992, we have expanded our service area to include the Stephenville-Bay St. George area and have added foot care to our available services.

A member of the Corner Brook Board of Trade, MAXimum Home Support Services Inc. endeavors to maintain the posture of a good corporate citizen. While maintaining a good relationship with all levels of government, we have also participated in community philanthropy by giving to many needy and worthy causes.

In 2002 MAXimum Home Support received the Business Development Bank of Canada Business Achievement Award for Service (Zone 8). The Agency Director, Maxine Hoskins was awarded the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs' award for "Entrepreneur of the Year"(Western Region) in 2005.

In the ever changing world of health care, we are proud to be doing our part. We believe that the success of MAXimum Home Support Services Inc. demonstrates what small business and creativity can bring to the health care debate. Our continued existence adds to the local flavor to health care while enhancing local employment and health care opportunities in many small communities.
